Requirements

  • Up to ~30–50 transactions/month

  • No payroll or reporting

  • We manage your software and systems for consistency

This plan gets you set up properly.

But as soon as your business picks up, you’ll likely want more visibility, support, and hands-off management — which is why most clients move to our CORE plan.

CORE — “BUSINESS BOOKKEEPING” (Most Popular)

$540 - $680 + GST/ Month

For business owners who want everything handled properly - without having to think about it.

  • Growing Sole Traders

  • Tradies and service-based businesses

  • Business owners tired of messy or unclear numbers

  • All bookkeeping handled for you

Requirements:

  • Designed for businesses with up to ~50–150 transactions/month

GROWTH — “ADVANCED BOOKKEEPING”

$720 -  $950 + GST/ Month

For established business owners who want more visibility - without managing anything themselves.

Best for:

  • Growing Businesses

  • Increasing transaction volume

  • Owners wanting clearer financial insight

Includes:

  • Everything in CORE bookkeeping - fully managed

  • Monthly financial reporting

  • Advanced transaction coding, review & corrections

  • Hubdoc management

  • Xero fully managed for you

  • Priority support

Requirements:

  • Higher transaction volume (~150+ per month)

  • Established trading history

  • Ongoing, consistent  business activity

  • We manage your software and systems for consistency

This plan is designed for businesses that are actively growing and need more than just compliance.

ADDITIONAL DETAILS

ADD-ONS (As Needed)

To keep plans efficient and fairly priced, some services are scoped separately:

  • Initial Xero setup, clean-up or catch-up work.

  • Payroll processing.

  • Historical corrections or backlog.

  • Year-end financial statements and tax returns are scoped separately based on your business structure and complexity.
