We start by understanding your current setup and fixing the foundation.

System Setup & Review

Stage 1

From $300-$700 + GST (Based on Complexity)

We correct historical issues and bring your accounts up to date

  • Bank Reconciliation Catch-up

  • Coding Corrections and Restructuring

  • Historical Transaction Cleanup

  • GST Alignment (If Applicable)

  • Fixing Errors &Inconsistencies

Stage 2

From $200-$400 + GST

We make sure your system stays clean going forward

Includes:

  • Xero Walkthrough/Training Session

  • Monthly Workflow Setup (What to Do, When and How)

  • Automation Suggestions (Invoicing, Bank Rules, etc)

  • Ongoing Support Option Setup (If Required)

Xero Support Retainer - Optional Addon

From $75 – $250 / month + GST

For businesses who want ongoing help keeping things accurate.

Includes:

  • Monthly check-ins (optional)

  • Fixing coding issues early

  • Light bookkeeping support (as needed)

How Pricing Works

Most clients only need:

  • Stage 1 + Stage 2 (full reset)

 

Some businesses also choose:

  • Stage 3 if they want independence

  • Monthly support if they want ongoing oversight

You only pay for the work your system actually needs, not a bundled guess

To keep pricing transparent and fair:

  • No historical bookkeeping or cleanup

  • No backdated reconciliations

  • No overdue or messy file repairs (quoted separately if needed)
