FLEX (Collaborative) — “XERO SUPPORT”

From $220–$280 + GST / month

Client pays Xero subscription separately

For business owners who want to stay involved in their Xero bookkeeping while having professional oversight, review, and support.

Best for:

  • Business owners who prefer a hands-on approach

  • Clients comfortable using Xero day-to-day

  • Tradies managing their own invoicing or bills

  • Businesses wanting lower ongoing cost with expert backup

You manage:

  • Invoicing

  • Bill entry

  • Receipt uploads

  • Day-to-day transaction coding

We manage:

  • Monthly bookkeeping review & oversight

  • Bank reconciliation review

  • GST monitoring and checks

  • Error correction and adjustments

  • Email support

  • Xero guidance and assistance

Requirements:

  • Up to ~50–100 transactions per month

  • Client completes agreed bookkeeping tasks within Xero

  • Active Xero subscription required

  • Additional cleanup or catch-up work is quoted separately if required.

This collaborative plan relies on the client completing agreed Xero tasks accurately and on time. It is designed for business owners who want to stay involved in their bookkeeping while receiving structured review, support, and oversight.

STARTER — “FOUNDATION BOOKKEEPING”

From $320–$380 + GST / month

Xero subscription included + fully managed

A simple starting point to get your bookkeeping set up properly and under control.

Best for:

  • Sole traders and new businesses

  • Low transaction volume

  • Businesses moving off spreadsheets or messy systems

  • Owners who just want the basics handled

Includes:

  • Monthly bookkeeping and bank reconciliation

  • GST tracking (if required)

  • Fully managed Xero subscription

  • Hubdoc receipt capture setup and management

  • Email support

Requirements:

  • Up to ~30–50 transactions per month

  • No payroll or reporting complexity

Ideal for getting your systems set up correctly from day one.

But as soon as your business picks up, you’ll likely want more visibility, support, and hands-off management — which is why most clients move to our CORE plan.

CORE — “BUSINESS BOOKKEEPING”

From $420–$580 + GST / month

Xero subscription included + fully managed

For business owners who want their bookkeeping fully managed and consistently maintained without having to think about it.

Best for:

  • Growing sole traders and small companies

  • Businesses needing structure and consistency

  • Tradies and service businesses wanting reliable monthly support

  • Owners who want clear, accurate numbers each month

Includes:

  • Full monthly bookkeeping and bank reconciliation

  • GST preparation and accuracy checks

  • Receipt and bill processing (Hubdoc/Xero)

  • Ongoing Xero management and support

  • Correction of errors before they become issues

  • Email support

Requirements:

  • ~50–150 transactions per month

  • Regular ongoing trading activity

Designed to keep your business organised, accurate, and under control each month.

Most clients who start on STARTER move to this plan once their business grows — it’s where things start to feel organised and under control.

GROWTH — “ADVANCED BOOKKEEPING”

From $620–$980 + GST / month

Xero subscription included + fully managed

For established businesses that need deeper bookkeeping support, more detailed reporting, and higher-level financial visibility.

Best for:

  • Established and growing businesses

  • Higher transaction volume and complexity

  • Owners wanting clearer insight into performance

  • Businesses needing stronger monthly reporting

Includes:

  • Everything in CORE bookkeeping

  • Advanced coding, review, and adjustments

  • Monthly financial reporting and insights

  • Higher-level reconciliation and error resolution

  • Hubdoc and Xero system management

  • Priority support

Requirements:

  • ~150+ transactions per month (or higher complexity)

  • Established and consistent business activity

Designed for businesses that are actively growing and want more than basic compliance — with clearer financial visibility each month.

To keep plans efficient and fairly priced, some services are scoped separately:

  • Initial Xero setup, clean-up or catch-up work.

  • Payroll processing.

  • Historical corrections or backlog.

  • Year-end financial statements and tax returns are scoped separately based on your business structure and complexity.

  • Most clients begin with a setup or clean-up phase to ensure accuracy before starting ongoing monthly support.
